Paper Fashion Designer

We love a good mash-up of craft & supply, those odd combinations you wouldn't think to make, but know they work super well once they're blended. Check out this collection of paper fashions, created by an oh-so-talented 4 year old with the help of her apprentice, her mom. How amazing are these outfits?!

Valentine's Day - Date Night Workshop

I love Valentine's Day, not gonna lie. I don't like the fancy restaurants, flowers & chocolate type of stuff, but really just the cheesy over-the-top force fed love fluttering about the chilly season. There's something really fun about any theme, and even if I don't believe in a mainstream exclamation of love, I do love a good excuse to craft!

Why We Love Wool and the Gang for Knitting

We've always been smitten for Wool and the Gang, a London-born fashion brand aimed at making knitting as awesome as humanly possible. Their knitting kits are awesome, beautifully packaged everything-you-need supply packs for beautifully fashionable garments and accessories stitched together with their own WATG needles. We love their yarn, we love their brand, and we wanted to share with you some of our favorite Wool and the Gang products.

Week Planner Paper Craft DIY

We love being organized, but we love making things that help organization even more! In school we always loved labeling our binder sections, planning outlined notes, and all the fun accessories associated with school supplies. As an adult, these needs change, but we still stick to the "fun" parts of keeping organized, and our hearts swell when we walk into any office supply store. At any age, a system of organization for whatever your needs may be is always helpful, and we wanted to come up with a super quick & easy way to add to your organizational tools with our crafty paper bags. Check out our quick tutorial for how you can make a week planner with a few bags and some washi tape!

Place Value Education with Crafty Paper Bags

We love to see what you're doing with our craft supplies, and were recently wow-ed by a use of our crafty paper bags we've never considered before -- in the classroom!

This teacher from the DC-area purchased a wide assortment of our chevron paper bags and striped paper straws. Think they're for a party? Think again! She created an awesome place-value chart for her students to practice filling in & recognizing place values in their Spanish-immersion classroom.

Handmade Camping

In case you haven't heard, we're stationed in Portland, Oregon for the rest of the year, after a cross-country road trip out here from Atlanta. We love it here, but the best part of coming might have been the week spent camping as we made our way across the country. Being in Portland means our classes are postponed until the new year (in a new studio, hooray!), which also means we're trying to share everything that inspires us and that we make so you can still learn! Camping has actually been a great motivation in beginning new craft projects, as any good theme is a great excuse for making things.
